Rural Water Ventures was founded by Bill McQueeney in March of
2002. Rural Water Ventures is a nonprofit, tax exempt corporation.
McQueeney’s concern with lack of access by rural villages
in developing nations to adequate quantities of safe drinking
water took shape several years ago while the senior manager of
the Centriline division of Raymond International. Centriline restored
and rehabilitated drinking water systems in urban areas, worldwide.
Rural Water Ventures is an enhancement of this personal commitment--mmore than $150,000 over 20 years for rural villages in Nicaragua.
Rural Water Ventures through its contributors continues that
tradition via their investments in well conceived and well planned
water projects for specific rural villages in Nicaragua.
